Usage

  • Take shampoo in one hand and distribute it over your scalp with the fingertips of your other hand, by dabbing different spots.
  • Massage the shampoo in thoroughly, using our Scalp Massager if necessary, and focus on your scalp.It is not necessary to rub the shampoo into the lengths of your hair. When the shampoo runs through the lengths while rinsing, this is sufficient.
  • Then rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.
  • After washing, nourish your hair with the conditioner.

No, the Unscented Shampoo does not contain proteins.

How much Unscented Shampoo do I need?

Use enough product to distribute evenly over the scalp. 2 pumps are often sufficient for normal hair; washing twice is recommended. For longer or thicker hair, this amount may increase slightly. The first wash is mainly about distribution; lather is not necessary. The second wash ensures your scalp feels truly clean.

How often should I wash my hair with the Unscented Shampoo?

Only use the shampoo when your scalp is oily, irritated, or has product buildup. The Unscented Shampoo is mild enough to be used more often, but for a healthy, non-oily scalp, 1–2 times a week is sufficient.

Is the Unscented Shampoo suitable for all hair types?

Yes, the focus is on the sensitive scalp, not the hair type. You choose conditioner based on your hair structure (e.g., curls, dry, or fine hair).
