How exactly does the subscription work?

It's simple! You choose your favorite hair products, decide how often you want to receive them (monthly, bimonthly, four-monthly, etc.), and we'll make sure everything automatically arrives in your mailbox. Payment and shipping are handled automatically, so you don't have to worry about a thing.

Where can I manage my subscription? How do I log in?

Managing your subscription is very easy.

Simply log into your account , either with your email and password or with a passwordless login .

Here's how to do it:- Go to our website and click on account at the top right.

  • Log in with your email address and password.
  • Click on account again and choose subscriptions .
  • Once you are in your customer portal, you can adjust delivery times, postpone or cancel your next order, adjust your products or even cancel them completely.

Can I change my delivery date and the frequency of my deliveries?

Sometimes you simply have enough to last longer than expected. In those cases, it can be helpful to adjust your next delivery date.

Simply log into your account, either with your email and password or with a passwordless login.

Here's how to do it:

- Go to our website and click on account at the top right.
Log in with your email address and password. CLICK HERE
- Click on account again and choose subscriptions .
Once you're in your customer portal, you can adjust delivery times, postpone or cancel your next order, modify your products, or even cancel them completely.

When will my order be delivered?

As soon as your subscription time arrives, we'll automatically send your package. You'll also receive an email confirmation once the shipment is underway.

Will I receive a notification for every delivery?

Yes, you'll receive an email every time your next delivery arrives. This way, you're always up to date.

How can I change my delivery address?

Whether you're on holiday or moving, you can have your Mellons delivered to your chosen address.

Simply log in to your account and click "Manage Subscriptions." You can then edit your subscription details in the dashboard.

Do I get a discount if I take out a subscription?

Yes! As a subscriber, you get a 10% discount on every product in your subscription. This discount cannot be combined with other promotions.

Can I combine multiple products in one subscription?

Yes, you can! You can combine different products into one convenient subscription, all with a 10% discount .

Is there a minimum term?

Nope. You're not committed to anything. You can change or cancel at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no hidden terms or notice periods. Although we're very sorry to see you leave.

Simply log in to your account and click "Manage Subscriptions." You can then stop/cancel your subscription in the dashboard.

Please note that you will not receive a refund if the payment has already been debited from your account. The cancellation will take effect from your next order.
