Green clay (Montmorillonite)– Deeply cleanses and acts like a magnet on impurities deep in the skin and hair.natural minerals (such as silica, calcium and magnesium)Nourishes the scalp while the clay cleanses. Finally, the negative charge of clay particles attracts the positive charge of waste and toxins, making them easier to remove.
Jojoba oilnourishes and balances sebum production.
Start with wet hair– wet your hair in the shower before applying the clay.
Use once a monthas a reset to remove residue, build-up and dirt and free up your texture.
For scalp problems(such as greasy hair, itching or dandruff), use once a week for 6 weeks in combination with theoil treatmentthat you apply every time before washing.
The average serving size is 30-35g. You can, of course, use more if you have a lot of hair.
Add 10-15 drops of synergy(as indicated in the synergy guide) per 35g of clay for a personalized treatment, orgo for odorlessif you have psoriasis or open wounds.
Do not use metal toolsto mix the clay – choose a wooden, glass or plastic bowl and spoon so as not to disturb the workings of the clay.
Apply the clay liberally– it really has to be a wrap and both scalp and hair must be completely covered.
Let it work for 10-15 minutes(max. 20 min)(– prevent drying out by watering regularlysprayor wrap a damp towel around your head (not a hot towel because of the effect of the clay).
Rinse thoroughlyand follow with our shampoo and conditioner.
CAUTION: Close the jar very well after use to prevent it from drying out.

Can I use this clay mask if I am pregnant?
This product is safe to use during pregnancy. Use it unscented without any synergistic effects.
Why is the Clay Mask odorless?
This means you can also use the clay if you have a very sensitive scalp. Reactive skin can't always tolerate EO, so it's handy to have it if you don't want to take any risks. We also don't want to release five different products, so instead, we've developed three synergy blends to enrich this unscented oil. This allows you to create a customized treatment.
Can the Clay Mask be used by children?
Yes, of course! But use the oil unscented and not enriched with synergy. And leave it on for a maximum of 10 minutes.
My scalp is red, why is that?
Clay is a skin detoxifying product that draws out all impurities. This may cause some redness, but it's harmless. It shouldn't be painful, and it shouldn't be drying.
Is the Clay Mask also good for psoriasis?
Clay can be a wonderful addition to psoriasis treatments because of its mineral deposits and anti-inflammatory properties. Use the clay undiluted, without synergy, to avoid triggering a reaction. And never let the clay dry out, as it will draw moisture from the skin, as well as toxins. This is exactly what you want to avoid with psoriasis. So keep it moist, leave it on for 15 minutes once a month.
Why can't I use metal with clay?
Clay is a powerful product that draws all impurities from skin and hair. If you use metal, the clay won't work.

Een tijdje getwijfeld of ik dit zou bestellen, want leek me best wel 'gedoe' in vergelijking met een detox shampoo. In de praktijk blijkt dat ook wel. Ik gebruik het enkel als ik nadien de badkamer moet poetsen want het lukt me niet om het een soort van proper te gebruiken. Máár! Belangrijker is het resultaat en dat is écht wel beter! Krullen zien er weer fris en bouncy uit. Jeuk aan mijn hoofdhuid blijft iets langer weg, maar niet opgelost (ik werk zonder de synergie)
Met de gebruiksaanwijzing op de pot en op de site twijfelde ik nog of ik het goed zou doen. Op de blog vond ik dan dat de klei moet gemengd worden met wat water. Jammer dat dat advies alleen wat weggemoffeld te vinden is.

Hey Jilly! Bedankt voor je review! Ik kom even op enkele puntjes terug: De klei kan je mengen met water maar is niet noodzakelijk eigenlijk. Ik raad het je eerder niet aan want da smos je harder ;-) En de synergie erbij gebruiken is wel een goed idee! Zeker om je jeuk nog harder tegen te gaan. Maar ik zou je aanraden om de synergie in een oliebehandeling voor de klei te gebruiken, da's ook weer minder gedoe :-) Dus eerst olie op de droge hoofdhuid, dan haren natmaken en de klei erop smeren. Afdekken, 15 min laten inwerken en uitspoelen ;-) Succes ermee!
Na gebruik van het masker ziet mijn haar er voller uit en voelt het heel zacht. Ik gebruik het 1x per maand.
Sinds ik het kleimasker gebruik, is de jeuk en 'pelletjes' vooraan mijn hoofdhuid/haarrand echt stukken beter! Het was wel even een oefening om de hoeveelheid te bepalen, geduld te hebben om het te laten inwerken én voldoende uit te spoelen. Maar ideaal om even extra me-time in te lassen 😄. Winnende combi met de olie trouwens! 🙏🏻

Ik gebruik de Mellon shampoo en conditioner ongeveer een jaar en ik merk dat mijn haar die heel broos was van het jaren kleuren, nu glanzend en gezonder is.
Ik ben zo blij dat ik deze producten heb ontdekt ondanks dat ik geen krulhaar heb.
Absolute aanrader voor mensen met een gevoelige, jeukende hoofdhuid. Verlicht en kalmeert de irritatiezones. Ik gebruik de klei meestal na een prepoo-oliebehandeling met de Unscented Oil.
Het klei masker is heel makkelijk uit te spoelen met de Mellon shampoo, die op zijn beurt net wat meer schuimt na de reiniging met de klei!
Je hoofdhuid en haren voelen achteraf fris, zuiver én licht. Moeilijk om af te blijven! ;-)
Omg, wat een wondermiddel deze klei! Ik had eerst de shampoo en conditioner aangeschaft. Ik was al lang op zoek naar zuivere producten omdat ik last heb van een vette en jeukende hoofdhuid. Met de shampoo en conditioner alleen merkte ik niet zoveel verschil, tot ik ze gebruikte in combinatie met de klei en synergie greasy scalp. Omg wat een verschil! Ik gebruik de klei momenteel nog een tweetal keer per maand omdat ik merk dat mijn hoofdhuid dit echt nodig heeft. Tussendoor gebruik ik de geurloze olie in combinatie met de synergie alvorens het te wassen. Heel tevreden van!!
Dit kleimasker vind ik super fijn!
Dat is al helemaal gebruiksklaar en blijft goed bij elkaar. Het smeer ook makkelijk uit.
Ik heb na 1 dag toch al minder jeuk aan m’n hoofdhuid dan wanneer ik het niet gebruikte en ga dit zeker nog gebruiken!
Je voelt dat je haar veel schoner is na het gebruik van het kleimasker!
Het langdurige effect (minder vet haar) is nog even af te wachten maar tot nu toe ben ik fan van de klei.
